Privacy policy
This policy covers the Appnux website. Each app has its own policy covering what that app stores inside your Shopify store, because those are genuinely different questions.

Privacy policy
What this covers
This policy applies to appnux.com — the website you are reading. It describes what the site collects, why, and what happens to it.
It does not cover what an individual Appnux app does inside your Shopify store. Those are separate systems with separate data, and each app carries its own policy. See The apps below.
What we collect
There is one way this website collects personal information: you send us a message.
- Contact form submissions. The name, email address, optional store URL, topic and message you type into the form on the contact page. You choose all of it.
- Email you send us directly. If you write to support@appnux.com, we hold that message the way anyone holds an email.
Server request logs may be produced by whichever service hosts this site, in the ordinary way that web servers log requests. We do not analyse them and we do not build profiles from them.
What we do not collect
Stated positively so it can be checked rather than trusted. This website has no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no third-party pixels and no cookies for tracking. It does not fingerprint your browser, it does not load scripts or fonts from another company’s servers, and it does not sell or rent anything about you to anyone, because there is nothing to sell.
Fonts are served from this site’s own domain rather than from a font host, precisely so that reading a page here does not tell a third party you did.
How we use it
We use what you send for exactly one purpose: to answer you.
We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a support question. If a mailing list ever exists, joining it will be a separate, deliberate action on your part.
Who else sees it
Appnux is small, so in practice the answer is one person. Beyond that, a message may pass through the following service providers, and no one else:
- The hosting provider that serves this website and runs the contact endpoint.
- The email provider that delivers your message and our reply.
These providers process the data on our behalf, under their own terms, and only in order to deliver the message. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for supporting you and for keeping a record of what was agreed — and then it is deleted. If you would like your correspondence deleted sooner, ask, and it will be.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used. You can exercise any of these by emailing support@appnux.com. We will not ask you to justify the request, and there is no form.
The apps
An installed Shopify app is a different matter from a website visit. Each Appnux app publishes its own policy setting out what it stores, what Shopify permissions it uses and how long data is kept.
Store Locator Pro’s privacy summary is the one that exists today, and it links to the full, governing policy served from the app’s own domain.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no version history yet because there has only ever been one version.
