What you can walk through

The five places the 3D world opens, and what each one does.

  • Bring every location together

Import your locations from a CSV. Match your columns, check each row, then let geocoding run in the background.

Fix a pin by hand when an address needs help.

    On the mapMain plaza

  • Make the map yours

Set the colors, size and labels so the locator matches your storefront rather than ours.

Custom CSS loads after the widget styles, on every plan.

    On the mapSmall retail street

  • Help shoppers find nearby stores

Shoppers use their location or search an address. Results sort by distance and open directions in one tap.

Only the pins inside the visible map area load.

    On the mapResidential neighborhood

  • Show where products are carried

Find in store connects a product with the locations that carry it, so shoppers know where to go.

Carried lines are not a live stock count.

    On the mapRetail cluster

  • See where demand goes unanswered

Search analytics shows what shoppers look for and which searches come back empty. Rows carry no shopper identifier and are not linked to a profile.

Searches become eligible for cleanup after 90 days.

Help shoppers find you

A store finder should be easy to set up, search and maintain.

  • 01

    Map setup

API keys and billing accounts add setup work.

  • 02

    Growing location lists

Loading every location at once adds data to each visit.

  • 03

    Store permissions

A basic locator needs no Shopify data access. Catalog and sync features need optional permissions.

  • 04

    Brand consistency

Your store finder should match your theme.

Simple by design

Maps, styling and control over your data.

  • 01

    Built-in maps

Use the built-in map without a key, or connect Google or Mapbox with your own.

  • 02

    Load what is in view

Locations load within the map view. Nearby pins cluster as shoppers zoom out.

  • 03

    Optional Shopify access

No required Shopify data scopes. Catalog, inventory and location sync use optional permissions. Orders and customers are never accessed.

  • 04

    Styling on every plan

Edit colors, labels and CSS on every plan. No “powered by” badge.

What you get

The tools to manage locations and help shoppers find them.

Location clustering

Load nearby locations and group pins as shoppers zoom out.

CSV imports

Match columns, validate rows and geocode addresses. Correct uncertain map pins before publishing.

Private by design

Zero required Shopify scopes. Optional product access is for Carried lines or Find in store, inventory access is for Find in store, and location access is for sync. The app cannot read orders or customers. Search text can contain personal information. Analytics rows become eligible for deletion after 90 days; cleanup runs on a subsequent eligible storefront or Analytics-page request.

Common questions

Not answered here? Ask us directly — a person reads every message.

Do I need a Google Maps API key?
No. Built-in maps need no key or billing account. Google and Mapbox are optional and use your own key.
What can the app see in my store?
There are zero required Shopify data scopes. Optional product access is requested when you enable Carried lines or Find in store. Find in store also requests inventory access, and Shopify location sync requests location access. The app cannot read orders or customers.
How many locations can it actually handle?
Starter allows up to 100 locations, Growth up to 1,000, Pro up to 10,000, and Unlimited has no location cap. The map requests locations in the visible area and clusters markers as you zoom out. Actual loading time depends on the map view, network and device.
How do I get my locations in?
Import a CSV or sync Google Sheets or Shopify locations. Addresses geocode in the background; uncertain pins go to a review queue.
Will it slow my storefront down?
The widget loads only on the page where you place it and requests locations in view. Performance depends on the device, network and map view.
Can I make it match my theme?
Yes. Every plan includes editable colors, sizes, labels and custom CSS, with no “powered by” badge.
What languages does the storefront widget support?
The widget includes 26 languages and editable labels. Review translations before publishing.
Is it on the Shopify App Store yet?
Not yet. The app is being prepared for submission.
What happens to shopper search data?
Search analytics record search terms and approximate locations. They do not intentionally collect shopper account IDs or persistent identifiers, but free-text searches can contain personal information. Rows become eligible for deletion after 90 days and are removed on the next eligible storefront or Analytics-page request. The app's own privacy policy is the governing source.
