Collect and approve stockist applications
Enable and add the form
Turn on Accept stockist applications in Settings. Then add the Stockist application form app block to a page in the theme editor and save the theme.
Turning on the feature does not place the block, and placing the block while the feature is off renders nothing.
Review applications in the Inbox
Applications arrive in the app Inbox. Nothing appears on the map until you approve it; an application is a request, not a location.
Approval creates and geocodes a location and counts against the plan's location capacity. The form includes spam protection, and notification emails are batched to at most one per hour instead of one email per application.
