What each route means
- Product support
- Something is not working, or you are stuck on setup.
- Early access
- You want to try an app before it reaches the App Store.
- Partnership or business
- Agency work, a build request, or a commercial question.

Response times
We aim to reply within one to two business days. That is a target rather than a guarantee — Appnux is small, and we would rather say so than publish a service level we cannot back. If something is broken on a live storefront, say so in the first line and it goes to the top.
